1. Acceptance
Using the loyalty programme website and related services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision — please do not use the service.
2. Service description
The service is the Operator's loyalty programme, providing points, statuses, benefits and access to rewards for qualifying actions (stays, services, engagement). The technology infrastructure is provided by TTE.Loyalty (TravelTechExpert).
3. Account
The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of credentials and for all actions performed under their account. Notify the Operator immediately about suspected compromise.
4. Intellectual property
Brand, logos, text and design belong to the Operator / TTE.Loyalty / licensors. Use without written permission is not allowed, except for nominative fair use.
5. User content
By posting reviews, comments and other content, the Member grants the Operator a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use such content for marketing and operational purposes. Content must not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is'. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for direct/indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The limitation does not apply where applicable law does not allow such limitation.
7. Termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, attempted fraud or other unlawful behaviour. The Member may terminate participation at any time via the member account.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law indicated by the Operator in the final document. Disputes are resolved in the manner established by the Operator's jurisdiction. Forum and venue are specified separately.
9. Changes to Terms
The Operator may amend Terms with 30-day notice through the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
